II. Activity and Legal Status of GHC

Individuals interested in purchasing horses or related services can request relevant offers and make contact with sellers, trainers, advisors, and guides via the GHC websites.

GHC acts only as an intermediary. Contracts are made directly between the client and the service provider. The terms and conditions of the respective service provider and applicable law apply.

GHC acts under German law as a service contract intermediary (Sections 675, 631 ff. of the German Civil Code).

Regarding travel services, GHC also acts only as an intermediary and is not a tour operator in the legal sense of the German Civil Code (Sections 651 a-m).
