Marten Frehe-Siermann

Marten holds a Sports Management degree and has worked in equestrian sport both in the saddle and behind the scenes. He’s helped organize major events like the FEI World Cup in Beijing and CSIO5 Abu Dhabi. Today, he runs his family stable near Osnabrück, serving top clients from the U.S., India, and China.

Jens Baackmann

Jens Baackmann

Jens is a German Grand Prix show jumper who competed internationally, notably with the Monaco Aces in the Global Champions League.

He consistently ranks among Germany’s top riders. In addition to his riding, he operates a renown stable near Münster, known for its strong track record with U.S. clients

Jonas Sander

GHC advisor and trainer Jonas is a dynamic professional. Trained under top German riders, he has developed numerous horses for high-level sport and successful sales. Competing up to 1.50 m and coaching riders—including the 2024 Balkan Champion—he combines top-level experience with a sharp eye for talent.

Enno Klaphake

Enno is competing internationally up to 1.55 m classes, produces young horses and brings them up to shows like the World Championships for young horses in Lanaken. Co-Managing Klaphake Horses near Osnabrück with his sister Laura, he combines technical training and careful horse selection, with the goal to find the perfect match for every horse - exactly what a promising young rider needs to succeed .

Enno is competing internationally up to 1.55 m classes, and trains young horses, at the Young Horses World Championship in Lanaken.

Co-Managing Klaphake Horses near Osnabrück with his sister Laura, he combines technical training and careful horse selection - exactly what a promising young rider needs to succeed .

Marcus Baumeister

Marcus is the Managing Director of Reitanlage Baumeister (Equestrian Center Zülpich) and leads the Qatar Breeding Program. His operation specializes in breeding and training show jumpers. With his experience of organizing horse shows and strategic planning, he is the perfect partner stable to host the event

Felix Klaphake

Felix is the director of GHC. With a Master's Degree in Digital Innovation and driven by a passion for sports, he believes that the key to success lies in having a great team — and that’s exactly what makes GHC so exceptional: a collaboration of world-class breeding and competition stables, Grand Prix riders, top-level advisors and trainers.
